Now with over 100 employees, and 66% of them in Fort Myers, AccuData recently decided to relocate its headquarter office to Bridge Plaza at 12901 McGregor Blvd. effective this October.

The 12,420-square-foot office space offered convenient access, excellent parking, and several on-site restaurant options that cater to a dense professional employment base.

“Bridge Plaza has always performed well with tenancy, regardless of any market trends,” said LandQwest Commercial Managing Principal, Adam Palmer, CCIM. He further added that “AccuData has a phenomenal track record in Southwest Florida, and is a great addition to the center’s already diverse tenant mix.” Lee Health also occupies a sizeable back-center space in Bridge Plaza.

Palmer and LandQwest Associate, Artem Nashman, CCIM, welcome AccuData on behalf of the landlord. Constance Dean of Venture Realty represented the tenant, who will take occupancy following buildout.
